According to Кулеба: The Government of Ukraine and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have formalized a Grant Agreement under the Emergency Recovery Program. This latest phase-the fifth-totals approximately $40 million, contributing to an overall program funding exceeding $700 million. The initiative aims to bolster Ukraine's reconstruction and stabilization efforts following the ongoing conflict.
Under the terms of the deal, over $15 million is allocated to restoring public infrastructure, with another $15 million-plus dedicated to healthcare and wellness services. The remaining funds will support the agricultural sector and public broadcasting development in Ukraine.
