Automatic registration of men: how to determine the address for summons through Diia

Summons from TCC: where the man is located
Автоматизація призову чоловіків: як за допомогою Дії встановити адресу для повісток

Men who have not visited the TCC and are now automatically registered will be able to find out the address where their summons will be sent, thanks to the extract about their place of residence on the 'Diia' portal. This information comes from the 'Judicial and Legal Newspaper', as reported by 'Glavkom'.

The 'Diia' portal contains information about the last declared or registered place of residence, available in the departmental information system of the DMS.

According to the information, data for including men aged 25-60 who have not applied to the TCC and have not registered in Reserves+ into the military record 'Oberih' may be taken from the Demographic Register and the information system of the DMS.

Draft evaders are searched for 'with one click'

Law 3549-IX on the digitalization of military registration from last year provides for the possibility of automatic registration of individuals who avoided visiting the TCC. Obviously, there has been a question about where the data for establishing registration and imposing fines will come from. It should be noted that the changes made to the Procedure for organizing military registration have already come into effect.

The 'Diia' portal now allows men who have not applied to the TCC to find out where their summons will be sent, thanks to information about their place of residence. The law on the digitalization of military registration enables automatic registration of draft evaders, but the question arises about the source of data for this process.
