According to information from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this document outlines the path for developing safe online behavior by 2030 and aims to make the digital environment safe for all Ukrainians.

The First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that the goal of the strategy is to form a culture of responsible technology use and create a safe online environment for every citizen.

The Goals and Objectives of the Strategy

The strategic orientations aim to form sustainable skills of safe Internet behavior among Ukrainians. The document includes an implementation plan with specific actions and success indicators for ongoing progress assessment and the ability to make adjustments based on real data.

Ukraine leads the ranking of countries in the level of digitalization of public services and continues to develop in this direction by being the first to introduce dozens of online services. Currently, over 23 million Ukrainians use digital documents and services, making the state increasingly a service-oriented entity. We are implementing a wide range of solutions - from Diia.Biznes and Diia.Osvita to Diia.City and Diia.Engine - to provide every citizen the opportunity to learn, work, and protect themselves online. The initial step was the establishment of the National Cyber Hygiene Strategy project - uniting security standards for citizens, businesses, and government. This is the construction of a future where Ukraine is not just a digital leader but also a symbol of security and conscious technology use.

This was reported by the advisor to the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on issues of innovation, digitalization, and global partnerships Valeriya Ionan.

Ukraine continues to actively develop the digital environment and ensure citizens' access to safe technologies, and the new cyber hygiene strategy aims to improve this process and ensure safety and conscious Internet use.
