Deadline for FOP: Submit the declaration for the 3rd quarter in Diia by November 10

Ukrainian entrepreneurs have very little time to submit the report for 2025. The deadline for submitting the FOP 3rd group declaration ends on November 10, but thanks to the 'Diia' app, this process becomes much simpler and faster. The Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the State Tax Service recommend not wasting time preparing documents manually.

The declaration submission service is available for:

FOP of the 3rd group with a single tax of 5%, entrepreneurs without VAT and without hired employees. With a few clicks, you can fill out the reporting.

Authorization in the 'Diia' app will protect against problems with passwords to cabinets or expired EDS. On the page 'Services → Taxes → Declaration of the single tax payer for three quarters', you can quickly submit the report.

Through the 'Diia' app, you can not only pay taxes but also mandatory contributions, for example, the Unified Social Contribution of 22% of the minimum wage or 5,280 hryvnias per quarter.
