An application for renting housing bird has launched for Ukrainians in Warsaw
The Ukrainian application for housing rental bird has expanded its operations in Europe and is now available in Warsaw. The Polish capital has become the second foreign city after London where users can search for apartments through this service. This decision is related to the significant number of Ukrainians living in Warsaw and actively renting housing. InPoland reports.
The bird application has entered the Warsaw market
The company explains that the launch of the service in Warsaw was a logical step due to the high demand for rentals among Ukrainians in Poland.
To adapt the application to the Polish market, developers have updated several features and expanded housing search capabilities.
Warsaw has become the second city outside of Ukraine integrated into the European version of the platform. The first was London back in 2022.
What opportunities users have gained
The service offers a number of tools for housing search:
-
3D map with accurate location of properties;
-
integration of listings from different platforms;
-
advanced search filters;
-
housing selection based on commute times;
-
notifications about new rental offers.
The developers noted that special attention was paid to geolocation and ease of searching for housing in different areas of the city.

How much it costs to use the service
Viewing landlords' contacts is available via a paid subscription.
At the same time, a free trial period of three months is provided for Ukrainian users.
Currently, bird operates only on Apple devices with the iOS operating system. After analyzing user feedback, the team plans further improvements to the platform and the launch of an Android version.
Developers hope that entering the Polish market will help Ukrainians find housing abroad faster and simplify the rental process in one of the largest centers of the Ukrainian diaspora in Europe.
