According to hvylya.net: In November 2025, significant changes in pension payments are not expected, but some categories of citizens must take certain actions by November 1. The Pension Fund reminds that by this date, citizens who were registered with social protection authorities in temporarily occupied territories or in areas of active hostilities must undergo physical identification. This applies to those who have not applied for the continuation of payments in other territories since February 24, 2022.
Physical identification is mandatory for recipients of state social assistance, including persons without the right to a pension, people with disabilities, and children with disabilities. This process can be completed online via video connection by submitting an application through the Pension Fund portal and filling out the relevant form.

Additional payments for retirees and single citizens

There are also additional payments for single retirees aged 80+ who need constant care. To receive these payments, it is necessary to contact the Pension Fund with a package of necessary documents.
It has been reported that in November 2025, the pension fund reminds about the need for some categories of citizens to undergo physical identification by November 1, especially those who were registered in combat zones.
