Who is entitled to early pension appointment
According to hvylya.net: The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine explained that a mother who cared for sick children under the age of six without disabilities can receive a pension earlier – after 50 years and 15 years of insurance experience. This is provided for by Ukrainian legislation.
The list of sick children without disabilities includes those with neurological diseases, developmental disabilities, rare genetic disorders, oncological diseases, and other serious illnesses.
Documents to confirm status
- Certificate of state assistance for children with serious illnesses.
- Medical certificate from a health care institution about the child's illness up to the age of six.
This allows mothers to receive a pension earlier and guarantees their rights to recognition of their contribution to society.
The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained the conditions for early pension receipt by mothers who cared for sick children under six years old. To do this, it is necessary to have the appropriate experience and document the child's status.
