Romanian boats violated the border of Ukraine: details of the incident on the Danube

According to glavcom.ua: On the Danube, two Romanian boats violated the border of Ukraine. According to the State Border Guard Service, border guards detained the violators with a difference of several hours. It turned out that the vessels went fishing without maps and navigation devices and ended up in the internal waters of Ukraine.

Four Romanian citizens were drawn up administrative protocols for illegal border crossing, and the violators were handed over to the Romanian side. In the Maramureș Mountains, rescuers rescued a Ukrainian who had spent four days without water and shelter near the summit of Pip Ivan. Due to his poor health condition, it was decided to evacuate him by helicopter, as ground rescue operations would require additional mobilization of eight more mountain rescuers and would take 10 to 12 hours.

Ukrainian border guards detained two Romanian boats that violated the country's border, while in the Maramureș Mountains, rescuers saved a Ukrainian who found himself in a difficult situation. Despite this, all violators were properly handed over to the responsible authorities of the countries, and the events ended without serious consequences.
