IDPs receive monthly payments: who is entitled to 2000 and 3000 hryvnias

Adults receive 2000 hryvnias, and children and people with disabilities receive 3000 hryvnias. To receive payments, one can apply online or in person, or use the mobile application 'Diya'. The application must be made at the Centers for Administrative Services, Departments of Social Protection, or through local government representatives.
