The head of the MSEC changed her last name annually and received valuable gifts

According to glavcom.ua: According to the Glavcom portal, Tatyana Rynzhuk, who served as the head of the inter-district specialized psycho-neurological MSEC in Chernivtsi, received a small salary; however, she forgot to include significant gifts in her declarations.

In her 2023 declaration, Tatyana Rynzhuk indicated the last name Pogurska and her annual salary, which was about 250,000 UAH. She also indicated in this declaration that she received a non-cash gift - a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC worth 500,000 UAH from her husband Vadim.

In 2024, Tatyana Rynzhuk changed her last name to Kozyrchuk after the divorce in February of last year. This time her declaration included new gifts: 700,000 UAH from her current husband, 481.6 thousand UAH from her ex-husband, and 199,000 UAH from citizen Natalia Ilashchuk.

However, a month later, Tatyana Rynzhuk made changes to her 2024 declaration, significantly reducing the amount of received gifts to just 50,000 UAH, and added information about a loan of 559,000 UAH from six citizens.

The post of the head of the MSEC is associated with a conflict story with the head of the hospital, who also received gifts from Rynzhuk in the form of fantastic vacations. It is important for the declarations of officials to reflect the full picture of their financial status to avoid conflicts and image scandals.
