Operation of Kyiv's 'Unbreakable Points'

According to ДСНС: In Kyiv, police and emergency service personnel are operating on an enhanced schedule to maintain public order and ensure the functionality of the city's 'Unbreakable Points'. These facilities, a network of over 1,200 shelters and aid stations established across the capital, are a critical part of Ukraine's civil defense infrastructure. Of these, 90 are managed by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) and 30 are under the direct supervision of the National Police.

Approximately 200 SESU rescuers, alongside roughly 1,000 police officers, are actively patrolling Kyiv's streets to support these points. Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko, emphasized the importance of this mission, stating:

“Our task is to provide people with maximum assistance, even under the most difficult conditions.” - Ihor Klymenko

He further assured that the authorities “keep the situation under constant control and respond to all requests.”

Critical Role in Upholding Public Order

Maintaining these 'Unbreakable Points' is vital for preserving social stability and delivering aid to citizens during emergencies. This effort demonstrates the readiness of state agencies to respond swiftly to public needs and ensure security. Upholding law and order and providing crisis assistance remain top priorities for Ukraine's law enforcement and rescue services as the nation continues to defend itself.
