In Ukraine, starting from January 31, the state program 'Health Screening 40+' will begin, within which citizens aged 40 and over can undergo a basic medical examination free of charge. Invitations to participate will be sent through the Diia app after the birthday, and funds for the examination will be automatically credited to the 'Diia Card'. This is reported by Visit Ukraine.

The launch of the program was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko. According to her, invitations will be received gradually. The first notifications will appear for those born at the beginning of the year. Currently, about a million Ukrainians see information about the new program in the app.

Over 640 medical institutions across Ukraine have joined the implementation of the program. These are hospitals that meet the requirements for personnel qualification, availability of equipment, and quality of medical services. The list of institutions is regularly updated on official resources.

It should be noted that participants in the program are entitled to a payment of 2000 hryvnias, which can be used exclusively for undergoing the 'Health Screening 40+'.
