According to hvylya.net: The Cyber Police Department of Ukraine, along with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has detected an increase in fraudsters trying to deceive citizens by selling cars online. They attempt to convince buyers of the speed and legitimacy of the transaction, but it is better to avoid such offers and only use the official channel through the 'Diia' application.
Fraudsters may demand prepayment or send fake documents by mail, both domestically and abroad. Buying or selling a car online is safe only through the 'Diia' application, be vigilant about the legitimacy of the resources, and in case of any doubts, contact the cyber police without delay.
