Cold Weather Has Arrived in Ukraine: Meteorologists Have Told When to Expect Warming
A true cold snap has arrived in Ukraine, with temperatures frequently dropping to zero and even below. Meteorologist Natalka Didenko took the opportunity to talk about the weather on social media, reporting fresh forecasts for the coming days. And what do we see? Yes, it's cold everywhere. In the Carpathians, in the southern part of the country, or in the southeastern region, it’s a bit warmer, but overall - it’s cool.
In the coming night, thermometer readings will show +1 to +4 degrees, and in some places, they will even drop to zero and lower. During the day on October 15, the temperatures will ease to +7 to +11 degrees. Rain is expected in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, while other areas are not anticipating much rain, but fog may pose problems for drivers, so be cautious.
In Kyiv, cold weather is expected on October 15, with nighttime temperatures around +2 to +5 degrees, and during the day close to +8 degrees. Light rain may occur in the morning, but no significant precipitation is expected during the day on Wednesday.
Didenko reminded that it is still not winter, and autumn is already halfway through. A month and a half to go until winter. The forecast for the weekend is encouraging, as it might warm up by October 25-26.
Ukrainians, prepare for a cool Wednesday - wear many layers of warm clothing and don't forget your umbrella!
