According to Українська Прем'єр-Ліга: Mykola Haiduchyk became the head coach of FC 'Polissya' after the team suffered a defeat against 'Karpaty' with a score of 1:0. He took responsibility for the fate of the team, which had previously achieved significant success.
Haiduchyk decided to openly take over management from the previous coach Hutsulyak and take all the reins into his hands. His first match ended in victory over the opponent, bringing joy to the fans.
