The Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, Denys Uliutin, met with representatives of the ILO to discuss the reform of the social protection system in Ukraine. The main goal is to create a sustainable system that supports people and the country's economy. Not just payments, but also conditions for growth and development.
During the meeting, the results of forecasts regarding the financial sustainability of Ukraine's pension system were presented. The study showed that without reforms, the deficit of the Pension Fund will grow due to demographic changes, but systematic updates will stabilize the situation.
