Український парламентарій оприлюднив інформацію про квартиру в Іспанії у звіті про статки за 2025 рік.

Yuriy Koryavchenkov's 2025 Financial Declaration

According to Главком: Yuriy Koryavchenkov, a Ukrainian Member of Parliament and deputy head of the 'Servant of the People' faction, has filed his annual asset declaration for 2025. The document, submitted on the final day of the declaration campaign, reveals new acquisitions and the financial standing of his family, including a significant foreign property.

The declaration shows the Koryavchenkov family has acquired a new apartment in Spain with an area of 90.9 square meters. The property is registered in the name of his wife, Tetiana Koryavchenkova, who became the owner in early January 2025. The purchase price was 150,000 euros, which is listed in the declaration as 6.53 million Ukrainian hryvnias. Tetiana Koryavchenkova signed a purchase agreement with two previous owners that includes deferred payment and a cancellation clause.

Family Financial Details

The family's total declared income for 2025 was 4.55 million hryvnias, a decrease from the 6.1 million hryvnias reported in 2024. Yuriy Koryavchenkov declared the following assets:

  • 30,000 US dollars in cash;
  • 2,600 hryvnias in bank accounts.

His wife, Tetiana Koryavchenkova, declared:

  • 45,000 euros in cash;
  • 19,800 US dollars;
  • 314,200 hryvnias;
  • 4,600 euros in bank accounts.

In social media posts, Tetiana Koryavchenkova stated she purchased the Spanish apartment with a loan, which she will be repaying for another two years. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, she and the couple's three children have been living in Spain. At the start of her husband's term in the 9th convocation of Ukraine's parliament, Tetiana Koryavchenkova was listed as his unpaid, volunteer assistant.

Previously declared family assets include three apartments (one co-owned by his wife), two land plots with a total area of 0.16 hectares, and a 17-square-meter parking space. In a separate disclosure, Andriy Yermak, the former head of the President's Office, reported a total 2025 income of 1.27 million hryvnias, which included 213,700 hryvnias in compensation for unused vacation time.

The publication of Yuriy Koryavchenkov's declaration has drawn public attention, as the new assets, particularly the apartment in Spain, indicate a shift in his family's financial situation.

The drop in total income may also reflect broader economic pressures facing Ukrainian lawmakers. Given the ongoing war and the family's relocation abroad, such disclosures often prompt scrutiny and debate among the public and political observers regarding officials' assets during a national crisis.

In addition to the recent revelations about Yuriy Koryavchenkov's foreign property, another Ukrainian MP has also made headlines with significant asset declarations. For instance, the declaration of a Canadian apartment and substantial cash assets highlights the growing trend among lawmakers to invest abroad amidst economic uncertainties. This context raises questions about the financial activities of public officials and their implications for transparency in governance.
