NMT-2025: subjects with the highest and lowest average scores have been named
Ukrainians have been shown the results of the National Multisubject Test in 2025
As reported by 'Khvylia', this was announced by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEE).
In 2025, over 317 thousand registered participants took part in the National Multisubject Test. More than 284 thousand individuals appeared at territorial testing centers, which accounted for 91.45% of the total number of registered candidates. A quarter of the participants (25.4%) were graduates from previous years. The testing was conducted not only in Ukraine but also in 33 other countries.
Average scores by subjects
According to the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, the highest average score was demonstrated by participants who took
German language
- 155.5 points. The lowest results were recorded in
mathematics
- 132.3 points, although the maximum scores were most often obtained in this discipline.
Problems with passing the threshold score
A significant number of participants faced difficulties during the exam. 13.5% of test-takers were unable to overcome the minimum threshold in at least one subject, which means that over 39 thousand individuals are unable to enroll in higher education institutions.
Maximum results
Despite the overall difficulties, some participants demonstrated outstanding results. 2459 individuals received the maximum scores in at least one subject, while three participants scored 200 points in all parts of the NMT.
Organizational aspects
The procedure for conducting the NMT in 2025 fully replicated the format of the previous year. Participants took all four subjects in one day, with a total testing duration of four hours and a 20-minute break between two two-hour sessions.
Participant attendance in Ukraine was 91.86%, while abroad this figure was somewhat lower - around 85%. According to statistical data, the results of 2025 demonstrate similar trends to the NMT 2024 indicators.
