Vehicle Registration in Ukraine: New Rules for Car Owners
According to hvylya.net: In Ukraine, owners of new cars must register them at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to use them legally. This procedure will not take much time but will ensure the official access of the vehicle to the roads.
According to the legislation, a car owner must undergo state registration within 10 days after purchase. This can be done at any territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regardless of location.
To register, the owner must present:

proof of ownership of the vehicle (purchase agreement, customs declaration, etc.);

certificate of conformity of the vehicle.
