The rent for housing in Kyiv has decreased over the year to an average cost of 21 thousand hryvnias per month, indicating a significant drop in prices, particularly for large apartments. The greatest decrease has been in three-room apartments, whose price has fallen from 37,497 UAH in November 2024 to 25,495 UAH, which is a drop of almost 12,000 UAH.

The average price of one-room apartments has also decreased, from 18,028 UAH to 17,308 UAH, which is a reduction of 700 UAH. The cost of renting two-room apartments has decreased from 22,159 UAH to 20,634 UAH, which is a drop of over 1,500 UAH. The most common price for one-room apartments is 12,800 UAH, and for two-room apartments - 18,000 UAH. Three-room apartments have the most common price at around 19,600 UAH.
