Zelensky calls to light candles of memory: how to join the action
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed Ukrainians on the Day of Memory of the Holodomor victims, calling for unity in preserving national memory and protecting the state. In his address, he urged everyone to light candles by their windows at 16:00, referring to them as 'millions of evidence of memory about the victims of one of the most terrible crimes in human history.' The President emphasized that Ukrainians have not forgotten the victims of the Holodomor and 'will never forgive Moscow for this genocide.' Zelensky also noted a parallel between past crimes and the present, warning of the threat from Russia, which 'has not changed and again brings death.'
