According to hvylya.net: The head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, stated at the 'Ramstein' meeting in Brussels about the intention to expand international support for Ukraine in the war with Russia. He also warned of possible steps by the U.S. and its allies in the absence of a path to peace, emphasizing the readiness to act on terms available only to his country.

At the meeting, the expansion of the PURL initiative for Ukraine was announced, which provides for the purchase of weapons from the U.S. The targeted program was supported by more than half of NATO countries, as well as nations that allocated significant funds for support, such as Estonia, Finland, and Lithuania.

Austin urged European partners to turn words into action by investing in the PURL program and supporting Ukraine. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte encouraged trust in Western forces and not to overstate Russian threats, emphasizing the Alliance's readiness to defend its interests.

Ukraine has received support from the Pentagon and NATO in the war against Russia, and the PURL initiative aimed at purchasing weapons has received significant backing from NATO member states. Both organizations called for action in favor of Ukraine and for ensuring international security.
