Geneva Talks Commence

According to Главком: Delegations from Russia and Ukraine have arrived in Geneva for closed-door, trilateral negotiations scheduled for February 17-18. The Kremlin has officially confirmed that territorial issues will be the central topic of discussion. These talks represent a critical diplomatic effort to address the core disputes underlying the ongoing conflict.

The Russian delegation, led by Vladimir Medinsky, departed for Geneva. Its size has been expanded to approximately twenty individuals. According to Sergei Ryabkov, the Russian delegation is traveling with clear instructions to operate within the framework of agreements reached during prior talks in Anchorage. The delegation plans to arrive in Geneva on the morning of February 17, with a preliminary departure set for the evening of February 18.
