In September 2025, according to meteorologist Igor Kibalchych's forecasts, Ukraine may expect a warm summer, or even hot days. During this period, the country anticipates a lack of precipitation, which may lead to soil moisture deficiency.According to the expert, in the third decade of the month, arctic air masses will arrive in Ukraine, causing cooling and the first frosts, especially in the northern, eastern, and western regions. Overall, the monthly temperature will be above normal, but the amount of precipitation will be half the standard, which may lead to drought and fire hazards.
