November 4 in Ukraine: rain and fog will cover almost the entire country

Meteorologists forecast that light rain will fall at night and in the morning in the western and northern regions of Ukraine, as well as in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions. During the day, precipitation will spread across the country, except for the eastern and southeastern regions. Fog is possible in southern Ukraine, which will complicate visibility on the roads.

On Tuesday, November 4, cloudy weather with precipitation is expected across almost the entire territory of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of Ukrhydrometcentre.

The wind will blow from the southwestern direction in the west and from the southeastern direction in the east of the country at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The air temperature at night will be +4...+9 degrees, during the day - +8...+13 degrees. It will be a little warmer in the south of the country - up to +16 degrees.

Weather in Kyiv region and Kyiv

In the Kyiv region and the capital, cloudy weather with light rain is also expected on November 4. In some areas of the region, moderate precipitation is possible during the day. The wind will blow from the southwestern direction at a speed of 7–12 m/s. The temperature at night in the region will fluctuate from +3 to +8 degrees, during the day - from +8 to +13 degrees. In Kyiv, +6...+8 degrees is expected at night, +10...+12 degrees during the day.
