According to hvylya.net: The Polish court denied Germany the extradition of Ukrainian Volodymyr Zh., who is suspected of blowing up the 'Nord Stream' gas pipelines. The District Court in Warsaw canceled the temporary arrest of the suspect and did not agree to his extradition to the German side.
This decision was publicly supported by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk. In his social media post, he wrote: 'The Polish court denied Germany the extradition of the Ukrainian suspected of blowing up 'Nord Stream 2' and released him from custody. And rightly so. The case is closed.'

Arrest and further situation
Volodymyr Zh. was arrested on September 30 in Polish Pruszków. The basis was a German European arrest warrant regarding the explosions on the 'Nord Stream' gas pipelines. According to reports, it concerns Volodymyr Zhuravlyov, for whom Germany issued an arrest warrant in June 2024.
This is not the first similar case. The Supreme Court of Italy also canceled the extradition decision to Germany of Ukrainian Serhiy Kuznetsov, who is accused of involvement in the blowing up of Russian gas pipelines.
The Polish court denied the extradition of the Ukrainian to Germany in the case of blowing up the 'Nord Stream' pipelines, supporting the Polish Prime Minister on this matter. The suspect was released from custody, considering the case closed. The Ukrainian was detained under a German arrest warrant in September, but the Polish court did not support the extradition request.
