Ukrainians are increasingly seeking jobs abroad: record demand for nannies and realtors
Ukrainians are increasingly looking for jobs abroad. According to analytics from the OLX Work platform, Ukrainians have become significantly more interested in service vacancies abroad in 2025. There is particularly high demand for nannies, realtors, and cosmetologists.
Growing demand for jobs abroad
Research shows that compared to September 2024, demand for several professions has grown at a record pace. Ukrainians' interest in service vacancies abroad has peaked, with the number of responses to advertisements increasing by 346%, with nanny demand in first place.
In second place in popularity are realtors and sales managers of real estate, with a growth rate of 337%. They also actively responded to other foreign offers, with an overall growth of 317%.
Demand for labor and office professions
There is also significant interest in labor and office professions. Performing specialists of various professions are objectively sought after more: welders (+250%), administrators (+245%), customer service managers (+230%), lawyers (+233%), and cosmetologists (+209%).
Steady growth in demand for office and creative positions
Although slightly lower, the number of vacancies for PC operators (+200%) and office managers (+183%) is still steadily increasing. Revitalization is also noticeable in other sectors such as banking, finance, telecommunications, PR, and design, where growth ranges from 157% to 177%.
Ukrainians are increasingly looking for overseas work. According to OLX Work platform analytics, in 2025, Ukrainians showed a significant increase in interest in service positions abroad. Demand is particularly strong among nannies, real estate agents, and beauticians.
