PrivatBank Introduces Delivery Fee for Cards

Beginning in 2026, the state-owned 'PrivatBank' will implement a charge for a service that has previously been free. This pertains to the delivery of reissued bank cards, for which customers will have to pay about 100 hryvnias. The corresponding changes have been announced on the bank's official website.

According to the updated tariffs, starting January 1, 2026, the delivery of reissued cards within Ukraine will cost 80 hryvnias including VAT. Additionally, for international delivery, 'PrivatBank' will set separate tariffs - the amount of the commission will depend on the recipient's country.

Until the end of 2025, customers can continue to use free delivery. Currently, the bank offers six types of cards, including classic, premium, and digital cards.

The delivery service operates throughout Ukraine, except for the occupied areas and Crimea, as well as in 48 countries worldwide. Delivery can be ordered during the reissue of an existing card or the opening of a new digital card in the 'Privat24' application.

The Application Procedure Takes A Few Minutes

The application procedure takes a few minutes: you need to open the 'All Cards' menu, select the desired card, go to settings, and click 'Order Card', choosing the delivery option. The delivery time within Ukraine is one day to postal departments. For international destinations, cards will be sent by 'Nova Poshta' courier within one to two weeks or by 'Ukrposhta' - from seven days to a month.
