The government allocated 936 million UAH to communities: what the funds will be used for

According to Мінфін: The government distributed nearly a billion hryvnias in additional subsidies to local budgets in areas where fighting is ongoing or may begin. The specified funds are divided among regional and territorial communities, aimed at reconstructing infrastructure, purchasing equipment, and building materials.

This initiative is designed to assist 93 territorial communities in the east and south of Ukraine that require support due to the challenging situation with combat actions. The priority areas for the use of funds are infrastructure repair and protection against the consequences of war.
