According to Мін. Економіки: The eOselia affordable housing program remains highly active, with 129 new mortgages approved for Ukrainians last week, totaling nearly 250 million UAH. This strong demand highlights the public's interest in the program's subsidized loans. Since the beginning of 2026, 951 Ukrainians have utilized the program, with the total value of issued mortgages reaching 2.2 billion UAH. This government-backed initiative is a key part of efforts to stimulate the housing market and provide stability.
Recipients of mortgages at a 3% interest rate included:
- Military personnel and security sector workers – 45 individuals
- Teachers – 8
- Medical workers – 5
- Scientists – 3
Additionally, loans at a 7% rate were granted to:
- Ukrainians without property of their own – 36 individuals
- Internally displaced persons – 32
The largest number of program loans were issued in the following regions:
- Kyiv Oblast – 37
- City of Kyiv – 22
- Lviv Oblast – 10
