The assistance is provided for the purchase of:

The amount of financing depends on the number of floors in the building and the number of entrances.
Application Submission for SvitloDim and Where the Program Operates
To participate in the program, applicants need to open a special account with a targeted purpose at Oschadbank or another bank that joins the project. Submitted applications are reviewed and approved by a commission at the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development.
The SvitloDim program will operate during the state of war in communities where a state of emergency in energy has been officially recorded. At the first stage, this includes Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
The state of emergency in Ukraine's energy system was introduced on January 14 by the order of President Volodymyr Zelensky against the backdrop of Russian strikes and difficult weather conditions. Later, Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal stated that the situation in the energy system is the most challenging since the beginning of the full-scale war.
Earlier, we wrote about how apartment buildings will receive up to 300 thousand for generators.
