According to МВС: In the Sumy region, an extraordinary training session for rescuers was held - a class in canine therapy. Psychologists and dog handlers assisted participants in communicating with psychological support - a dog named Toto. This activity helped rescuers relieve stress and fill up with positive emotions.
During the training, rescuers performed the 'Driver' exercise, where they learned to trust, let go of control, and allow others to manage the situation. Such exercises help them relax and find rest from the tension of the workday.
ℹ The event was organized as part of the All-Ukrainian mental health program 'How are you?' with the support of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
The canine therapy sessions became not only an interesting break from routine work but also allowed rescuers to strengthen team spirit and gain new communication and interaction skills.
