Today marks the start of the All-Ukrainian Radio Dictation: how to join online
According to glavcom.ua: Today, October 27, the All-Ukrainian Radio Dictation of National Unity starts, which is an important tradition for Ukrainians around the world. This year, everyone is invited to check their literacy with the text titled 'We Need to Live!', prepared by Yevheniya Kuznetsova, and will be presented by Natalia Sumska, a People's Artist of Ukraine.
How to send the dictation for verification
To participate, you can send your answers online or offline:
- Letters with the text of the radio dictation should be sent to the address: 01001 Kyiv, Khreshchatyk St., 26, with the mandatory date no later than October 28.
- You can also photograph or scan your answers and send them by 11:00 AM on October 28 to [email protected].
It is worth remembering that after the dictation text is published, electronic works will not be accepted, so it is better not to delay with submitting the task. The results will be published for self-checking on October 29 at 11:00 AM on the websites of 'Ukrainian Radio' and 'Suspilne Culture.'
Today also marks the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language, which is an important holiday for the Ukrainian people. This holiday aims to promote awareness of the importance of the Ukrainian language as the foundation of national identity.
Unfortunately, it was recently reported about the destruction of the house of Khrystyna Hohanyuk, who was known as a record holder in writing radio dictations. It is alarming that this incident occurred with such an outstanding individual, who was distinguished by her impeccable level of literacy. Now it is important not only to support and affirm our knowledge of the Ukrainian language but also to remember the importance of adhering to language traditions and culture in all areas of life.
