On October 9, Reserve+ will be temporarily unavailable: what users should do

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced scheduled maintenance works in the Obehr registry, which will lead to the temporary unavailability of certain features of the Reserve+ application. The scheduled maintenance works will take place on October 9 from 00:00 to 06:00.

During these maintenance works, users of the Reserve+ application will be unable to access services or update their military accounting documents. To avoid problems during this period, the Ministry of Defense recommends downloading a PDF version of the electronic military accounting document in advance.

Unified Registry of Military Obligated Persons in Ukraine

Ukraine has launched the Unified Registry of Military Obligated Persons, which integrates with government databases to streamline the military accounting system. This will not lead to automatic mobilization but will allow for up-to-date information about citizens for Territorial Centers of Personnel Supply and Social Policy.

A draft law on 'amnesty' for draft dodgers has also been adopted, which will allow for the temporary reservation of even those who are wanted or without military accounting documents. This aims to address the staffing shortage at important enterprises but raises doubts about equality before the law.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense plans to carry out maintenance works in the Obehr registry, which will temporarily limit access to the features of the Reserve+ application. At the same time, the Unified Registry of Military Obligated Persons has been launched in Ukraine, aimed at systematizing the military accounting of citizens. It is worth noting that the adopted draft law on 'amnesty' for draft dodgers has raised doubts about the impartiality before the law, although it aims to solve the staffing shortage issue.
