Russian Forces Target Odesa Region Ports, Causing Widespread Power Outages
Strike on Izmail District
According to Главком: In the early hours of Thursday, March 26, Russian military forces launched an attack on the Izmail district of Odesa region. The assault damaged critical port and energy infrastructure, with impacts recorded in the city of Izmail and the territory of the Vylkivska community.
