This information was provided by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation. In particular, measures aimed at attracting local residents to military enlistment offices, medical commissions, and accounting were discussed in Melitopol.

'This is an attempt to force Ukrainians to participate in a war against their own country. Involving residents of the occupied territories in the Russian army is a violation of international law. The Kremlin's promises that residents would not be touched for at least five years turned out to be lies' - analysts noted.

Representatives of the Center emphasized that Russian occupiers view Ukrainians in the occupied territories only as 'cannon fodder' for their army.
