According to Главком: Russian forces launched strikes on the Poltava district, hitting the grounds of two industrial facilities. The attacks damaged factory buildings, vehicles, and nearby residential homes. The number of injured has climbed to 13, six of whom are children. Rescue teams recovered a body from the rubble, and another individual died in the hospital. The shelling triggered an emergency power outage, and energy crews are now working to restore electricity.

Strike on Kropyvnytskyi

In the early hours of June 21, Russian troops also targeted Kropyvnytskyi, striking an infrastructure site and sparking a fire. Vitaliy Dyakivnych, head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, confirmed the attacks and stated:

'Sadly, a body was found under the debris. Another person passed away in the hospital. Our deepest condolences to their families and loved ones.' Vitaliy Dyakivnych

All those injured are receiving the necessary medical and humanitarian assistance.

These assaults underscore the ongoing escalation of the conflict, which continues to endanger civilians across Ukraine.
