Львівський мер звернувся до польських колег у зв'язку з атаками безпілотників.

The mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, expressed support for Poland following the Russian attack. He emphasized that Moscow does nothing by chance. This was reported by 'Hlavkom' referring to Sadovyi's post on Telegram.

“I have one piece of advice for our Polish friends. No one asked it, but it is worth saying out loud. We, Ukrainians, know from our own experience – Russia never does anything by accident. It is an empire whose essence is to fight, kill, plunder, take over new territories, and during times of brief respite, prepare for a new war,” the post reads.

Sadovyi added: “Therefore, it is impossible to believe that Russian Shahed drones simply flew into Poland 19 times. The only correct decision is to unite around justice, common sense, and human values. Only by having a fist can we repel the attack. And we will do it together with the entire civilized world.”

The country also temporarily closed the airspace over several airports, including 'Rzeszów', 'Lublin', 'Warsaw', and 'Modlin'.

Polish military forces responded actively to the incident, launching a military operation to protect the country's airspace from enemy drones. Declaring the highest degree of readiness, Poland also temporarily closed the airspace over some airports to ensure safety. Inviting the entire civilized world to cooperate, regional countries demonstrate solidarity in response to hostile aggression.
