This incident highlights the ongoing danger faced by civilians in Ukraine, where public transportation has increasingly become a target.
The strike occurred at 7:00 AM, a time when the minibus was carrying its highest number of passengers. Prokudin stated that the drone operator deliberately chose to target the civilian vehicle, despite being fully aware that it was filled with people going about their daily routines.
- Among the wounded are a 36-year-old man and five women aged 53, 52, 55, 53, and 57.
- The victims also include a nurse from a local healthcare facility.
Initial reports indicate that the injured suffered mine-blast trauma. Medical teams are currently conducting examinations and providing full necessary care.
