The digital accounting system for military personnel 'Impulse' will serve as the foundation for creating new services and developing other IT products in the military, to help address various requests during service. According to the Ministry of Defense, soldiers will be able to see their military ID, receive electronic leave, monitor vacation days and length of service, as well as record weaponry, property, and payments.
Currently, 'Impulse' is already being deployed in the military units of the Airborne Assault Troops and is optimizing the work of personnel services, field officers, and commanders. The Ministry of Defense explained that for personnel service, this means automating routine tasks, quickly generating orders, certificates, and reports without manually copying data. For the field office, it provides a single military card that records all service events, ensuring consistency of information about the unit. For commanders, it offers analytics on unit staffing and readiness, available instantly upon request.
According to hvylya.net: The Ukrainian military is integrating modern IT solutions to improve management and the operation of military personnel. The implementation of the digital system 'Impulse' will allow soldiers to quickly access the necessary information and optimize many routine processes, enhancing the effectiveness and preparedness of the Ukrainian military.
