According to hvylya.net: Expert Viktor Kurtev expressed outrage over the Russian strategy regarding energy on the Left Bank of Ukraine, which has led to the threat of 'freezing' large cities, including Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia. The expert emphasized that this could lead to a humanitarian catastrophe in industrial centers.
However, in Kyiv, where attacks on thermal power plants have also been recorded, the situation is less critical. According to the expert, while there will be power outages according to schedules, a complete blackout in the capital is not expected.
Thus, at the moment, heating will be supplied to Kyiv residents through water heating boilers, which will somewhat compensate for the loss of electricity and allow them to avoid overheating their homes.
