Medvedchuk's yacht has not been sold: what happened to his assets
The luxurious yacht of Putin's godfather Viktor Medvedchuk has not yet found a buyer. Adding joy to Ukrainian patriots, his helicopter has already found a new owner - the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As reported by 'Glaсkom', this was stated by the former head of the Agency for the Investigation and Management of Assets (ARMA) Olena Duma in an interview with Natalia Moseichuk.
Duma reminded that Medvedchuk purchased this yacht in 2015 after the Revolution of Dignity for 'bloody money'. Its current value is the minimum insurance amount – 130 million hryvnias. The cost of the helicopter amounted to 9.7 million hryvnias, while the Rolex, Dolce & Gabbana, Breguet, and Cartier watches were sold at auction, and the proceeds from their sales were directed for the benefit of the state.
«Even the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation, – ed.) could not access it. To inspect the yacht - a court decision from Croatia is required. All these decisions require a request from the Attorney General to Croatia», - explained the former head of ARMA.
Thus, part of Medvedchuk's 'bloody money' is already being returned for the benefit of the state, while his elite property finds new owners.
