Ukrainians, according to the survey, demonstrate a willingness to take risks in search of work abroad. The proportion of such people is 27%, which includes not only work without official employment but also conditions that may be related to human trafficking. For example, 17% of respondents are willing to work without the necessary documents and contracts, increasing the risk to their rights. Additionally, 13% of Ukrainians are willing to work in closed premises abroad, while 9% find such conditions acceptable when working in Ukraine.

Even 2% of respondents express a willingness to surrender their personal belongings, including mobile phones, to employers during employment.

Experts urge greater caution and emphasize the importance of legal employment and checking employers, especially outside the country. It is emphasized that risky working conditions can lead to forms of exploitation, including human trafficking.

At the same time, in the domestic labor market in Ukraine, a somewhat different situation is observed: there are vacancies, but there are no job seekers, particularly for 10 different specialties. From narrow specialties to medical and government positions, no resumes have been submitted since the beginning of the year.
