New regulations on housing subsidies in Ukraine

In Ukraine, the accrual of housing subsidies for citizens who are outside the country for more than 60 days is terminated. This new regulation applies to all subsidy recipients who cannot maintain their presence in the country.

A recipient of a housing subsidy is required to inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine within 30 days about the departure of a household member abroad. If a family member registered in the household of the subsidy recipient has gone abroad and received temporary protection, the Pension Fund of Ukraine must also be notified.
