TCC employees do not have the right to detain on the street: what is allowed
TCC employees do not have the right to detain, use force or even check documents on the street, emphasized lawyer Kateryna Anischenko in her speech for KYIV24. According to her, TCC employees are only allowed to issue summonses for conscripts regarding data updates or passing a military medical commission outside the center's territory.

'Usually, this is a data update. Checking documents of citizens who have conscript status outside TCC premises can only be performed by a policeman', explained the lawyer.
Anischenko also indicated that a policeman should intervene only if a citizen requests help during the use of force by TCC employees. She expressed hope that the installation of body cameras on TCC employees would help solve this problem in favor of conscripts.
Earlier, there was information that the controversial military commissar was released on bail.
The lawyer clarified that TCC employees cannot act as policemen on the streets and have limited powers regarding interaction with citizens. She pointed out the necessity of adhering to the law and the rights of citizens, which will be facilitated by the use of body cameras in TCC work.
