Digital deferments in Ukraine: over 700 thousand processed through Reserves+

Since the beginning of November, Ukraine has switched to a digital system for processing mobilization deferments. Now the entire process takes place exclusively in electronic format through the 'Reserves+' app or administrative service centers, as territorial recruitment and social support centers have stopped accepting paper documents.

'The main bulk of people applied specifically for processing deferments. Now this is no longer necessary, and the staff of the TRC, instead of accepting all documents from citizens, can now engage in other matters. Firstly, conducting mobilization activities, addressing social issues, and recruiting.' - explained Mykola Kachanenko.

During this period, over 720 thousand deferments have been extended, most of them through the 'Reserves+' app. Now there is no need for paper documents, as the military accounting document can be printed independently.

Advantages of digitalizing the deferment processing

Digitalization helps reduce corruption risks and minimize the human factor in this process. Deferments can be processed through the 'Reserves+' app or CNAP, which significantly complicates the possibility of abuse.
