Lawyers emphasize that violators may become subjects of enforcement proceedings, leading to the seizure of their accounts and confiscation of property. In case of return to Ukraine, violators may face detention and further sanctions.
Therefore, Ukrainians who evade military service or violate military regulations risk even while being abroad. Such actions can have serious consequences, including fines, loss of property, and even criminal liability.
