The TCC refuted fakes about conscription notices: who actually hands them out
Ukrainians are advised not to respond to demands for documents from the TCC. The Vinnytsia Regional TCC and SP warned citizens about fake messages that are being sent regarding the requirement to provide documents to employees of the recruiting centers that issue conscription notices. It is noted that mobilization notifications are delivered exclusively by servicemen with special identification and military uniforms.
In fact, this is not true. Summons are delivered by active-duty servicemen who must have military uniforms with appropriate identifying marks, as stipulated by the Ministry of Defense order dated November 20, 2017, No. 606.
In addition, starting from September 1, 2025, groups that deliver conscription notices must carry video recorders that capture the delivery process. Video recordings are stored for a month and, in case of conflict situations, may be used as evidence.
The population of Ukraine should be cautious regarding messages received from the TCC and should not provide personal data if a request comes from an improper person. It is advisable to follow the recommendations given and ignore suspicious demands.
