The agricultural sector in 2024-2025 remains one of the key drivers of the Ukrainian economy, despite the war and logistical difficulties. The export of agricultural products accounts for more than half of the country's foreign currency inflows, while supply volumes continue to grow. This is why 'Inkorr' has identified the top 3 employers in the agricultural industry in 2025.

Top Employers in the Agricultural Sector of 2025

The top three consist of companies that consistently invest in development, support employees, and demonstrate resilience during crises.

1. Kernel

The Importance of the Agricultural Sector for the Economy

In the first nine months of the 2024/25 marketing year, Ukraine exported over 35 million tons of grain and legumes. In just the first half of 2025, the value of agricultural exports exceeded 11.3 billion dollars. The share of the agricultural sector in total exports is about 57%. Despite the war, the sector stabilizes and maintains a key role in the country's foreign trade balance.
