In just the first four months of this year, over 3,000 individuals were added to the national register of persons restricted from gambling. This marks a tenfold increase compared to the period from June to December 2025, when only about 300 people were placed on the list. PlayCity's Role and Player Support Tools

PlayCity, a major gambling operator in Ukraine, now processes roughly 1,000 self-exclusion requests each month. The total number of people on the Register of Persons with Restricted Access to Gambling has exceeded 16,000. Once a request is submitted, the information is entered into the system within one business day. For those who apply on their own behalf, the self-exclusion period ranges from six months to three years. When filing a request for a close relative, the restriction lasts up to six months, with the option to extend.
